We know that investors come from different countries and have different banking preferences. That's why JengaFi supports multiple payment methods — so you can invest using channels you already trust and use daily.
Card Payments (via Stripe)
The fastest way to invest. JengaFi uses Stripe — the same payment infrastructure used by companies like Shopify, Airbnb, and Lyft — to process card payments. Visa, Mastercard, and other major card networks are supported.
Card payments are processed instantly. Your investment is confirmed within seconds, and you receive an email receipt. All card data is handled by Stripe — JengaFi never sees or stores your card details.
Bank Transfer
For larger investments, bank transfers are often preferred. After initiating an investment, you'll receive bank transfer instructions with a unique reference code. Once your transfer is received and matched, your investment is confirmed.
Bank transfers typically take 1–3 business days to settle, depending on your bank and country. International transfers may take slightly longer.
M-Pesa Mobile Money
For investors in East Africa, M-Pesa provides a familiar and convenient payment option. Initiate your investment on the platform, and you'll receive an M-Pesa payment prompt on your phone. Confirm the payment, and your investment is processed.
M-Pesa payments settle quickly and are ideal for investors who prefer mobile-first banking. The M-Pesa transaction reference is linked to your JengaFi investment record for full traceability.
Transaction Records
Every payment — regardless of method — is recorded as a transaction in your account with a unique reference, timestamp, amount, currency, and status. You can view and download your complete transaction history from the dashboard.
Transactions flow through statuses (pending → completed) so you always know the state of your payment. Failed or expired transactions are clearly marked with the reason.
All payment processing is handled through regulated, PCI-compliant providers. Your financial data is encrypted and never stored on JengaFi servers.
